Bigger Pockets is an awesome financial resource, especially if you are interested in real estate investing. They have so much collective real estate knowledge and are pretty good overall at explaining the concepts to people. I love the podcast especially, as I have referenced many times in my posts. The "money" podcast is honestly what gives me all the hope that I can and will make it through this financial journey. They also have a real estate podcast that has an immense amount of valuable information. I highly recommend them for anyone on this journey.
The app is a really good resource as well. If you have the pro subscription you have access to rental calculators and market analyzation. I mainly use the app to read the forums. The forums are an awesome place to go read information or post your own questions. The people in the comments sincerely want you to learn and help you reach your goals. I enjoy just reading the questions and the responses. I have not made any of my own posts, but I might one day. The forums have categories for everything from real estate to personal financial advice. The personal finance category is the one that I read the most. I like the general questions and advice. There are questions about bank account options, taxes, and even about starting businesses and the processes. If you have any questions getting started or specific questions I highly recommend Bigger Pockets app and their forums. Search them to see if you can find your answers that way or make your own posts.
